By using the Teethsi app, you agree to these Terms. If not, discontinue use immediately.

2. Beta Disclaimer

Teethsi is in beta and may experience bugs or temporary feature changes without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Account sharing or transfer is prohibited.
• Must provide accurate registration information.

4. Use of the Service

• Manage patient records, history, and appointments.
• Upload and process dental images using AI tools.
• Ensure informed consent from patients before uploading images.

5. User Content and Rights

You retain content ownership but grant us a limited license to operate the app features. You must have legal rights to any content uploaded.

6. Data Handling and Privacy

Data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Request deletion via teethsiapp@gmail.com.

7. Acceptable Use

Misuse, unauthorized access, or uploading unapproved data is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications

We may modify the app and these terms at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

Teethsi name, logo, and software are protected. Don’t use without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect damages. Maximum liability: $50.

11. Governing Law

U.S. law applies. Local consumer protection laws may apply where relevant.

12. Apple App Store Additional Terms

• App is licensed per Apple’s rules, not sold.
• Apple is not responsible for app support or issues.
• No warranties are provided, to the maximum extent allowed.
• Use third-party content at your own risk.
• California law applies for U.S. Apple users; local law for EEA/Swiss users.
